CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES

You can cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment free of charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged half the price of the treatments and/or services that were booked. No-shows or same day cancellations are charged the full amount of the scheduled treatments and/or services.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE?

To schedule your appointment go to the "Book Now" page, choose the team member you would like to schedule with, and click the "Schedule Now" button associated with that team member. This will direct you to their individual scheduling sites, or their phone numbers. You may also call us during office hours at (831) 757-3529. Be prepared to put a card on file to schedule an appointment on behalf of our cancellation policy.
